RadarFit SniperTerms of Service
1. Who we are
RadarFit Sniper ("we") is run by RadarFit Sniper. Contact: help@radarfit.shop or a ticket on our Discord server.
2. The service
RadarFit Sniper sends alerts about Vinted listings to our Discord server and, with VIP Ultimate, shows them on this website. The estimated ROI and resale prices are estimates based on similar listings still for sale: they are not a guarantee of profit. We never log in to your Vinted account and never buy anything for you: every purchase on Vinted is your own decision. RadarFit Sniper is not affiliated with or endorsed by Vinted.
3. Plans and payment
Each plan is a one-off payment for 30 days of access. There is no automatic renewal: to keep your plan, buy it again; the new days are added to your current expiry. Prices are in euro and are the final price you pay. Payments are processed by PayPal or, for crypto, by NOWPayments: we never see your card or wallet details. Your access is a role on our Discord server, so you need a Discord account and to stay on the server. To buy a plan you must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
4. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU you can withdraw within 14 days of your purchase, without giving a reason, by writing to help@radarfit.shop or opening a ticket. Because you asked for access to start immediately, we refund the price minus the days already used, within 14 days, with the same payment method.
5. Fair use
Your plan is personal. Sharing your account, re-posting or reselling the alerts, or scraping the website is not allowed and leads to the end of your access without a refund. A chargeback on a payment ends the related access.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the bot online 24/7, but Vinted, Discord or our servers can have interruptions and some listings may be missed. We may change channels, filters and features to improve the service. If we change prices, the new price applies to the next purchase.
7. Liability
The service is provided as it is. Within the limits allowed by law, we are not responsible for purchases or sales you make on Vinted, for the actual resale price of an item, or for losses caused by interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
8. Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of your country and can go to the courts of the place where you live. Before that, write to us: we'll try to sort it out. You can also turn to a consumer association or to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body.
