Who is responsible
The data controller is RadarFit Sniper. Contact: help@radarfit.shop.
What we collect
- When you log in with Discord: your Discord ID, username, display name and profile picture. We never receive your password or your email.
- Your plan: which plan you have and when it ends, and whether you used the free trial.
- What you save on the website: favourites and the items you add to the resell tracker.
- Payments: plan, amount, date and the transaction ID of PayPal or of the crypto processor. Card, account and wallet details stay with them.
- Emails: if you write to our address, your email and message (we answer from a mailbox hosted by Google; incoming mail passes through Cloudflare).
- Technical data: the web server keeps access logs (IP address, pages requested, browser) for 14 days and the bot keeps its activity log (Discord IDs of who used buttons or logged in) for 30 days, to protect the service from abuse and fix problems.
On our Discord server
- Tickets: what you write in a ticket is visible only to you and the staff. When the ticket is closed you get a transcript by DM (if your DMs are closed, the staff member who closed it gets a copy instead) and the channel is deleted: we don't keep the conversation on our server.
- Free trial: we record your Discord ID, the date and who approved it, so the trial can be used once per person. To prevent abuse we also check how old your Discord account is.
- Plans and reminders: your plan role and its end date, used to remind you by DM before it ends and to remove the role when it expires.
- Favourites: the listings you save with the ♥ button, linked to your Discord ID.
Messages and data on Discord are also handled by Discord under its own privacy policy.
Why, and on what basis
To provide the service you asked for (contract), to keep it secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest) and to keep the accounting records required by law (legal obligation). We don't sell your data, don't use it for advertising and don't profile you.
Cookies and third-party content
We only use technical cookies needed to keep you logged in and to complete the login. No advertising or analytics cookies. On the payment page PayPal's buttons may set PayPal's own technical cookies. Listing photos are loaded from Vinted's servers and profile pictures from Discord's servers, so those services see your IP address when your browser loads them (without knowing which page you are on).
Who else handles data
Discord (login and roles), PayPal and NOWPayments (payments, as independent controllers), Oracle Cloud (the server the service runs on), Cloudflare (domain name and email forwarding) and Google (our mailbox). They only receive what they need to provide their service. Some of them are based outside the EU (for example in the United States): transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long
Login sessions last up to 30 days. Membership data is kept while you have a plan and for a short time after; the record that you used the free trial is kept as long as the service runs, so it stays once per person. Payment records are kept for 10 years, as required by Italian tax law. Backups of the database are kept for 14 days. Favourites and the resell tracker stay until you delete them: you can erase them yourself at any time from the website (Membership > Delete my data) or ask us to.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by writing to help@radarfit.shop. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
